When The Volunteer Center provides Event Management Assistance our role is primarily advisory and may provide any of the following: Team Leader training, development of a timeline for overall event coordination and management, recommendations for agency/project identification and development (led by company team leaders or employee volunteer committee), recommendations for day of event structure (volunteer deployment, transportation, lunch or other snack, orienting volunteers, reflection activity, closing project), reporting and regular check-in with Team Leaders to provide support, and on-call support for Team Leaders.
